Gods Unchained is a free-to-play trading card game led by Chris Clay, known as the former game director for Magic: The Gathering Arena. In this simulator, not only do you get to build your decks and fight against other players, but you can also trade and sell your cards for your own cryptocurrency. Aside from rising through the ranks, you can also earn from playing this game.

Its blockchain-based technology makes Gods Unchained a TCG alternative for other play-to-play games such as Axie Infinity. Not only does it feature non-fungible token (NFT) cards, but it does have decent graphics and gameplay too.

‘True ownership’ of virtual cards

Like most TCGs, Gods Unchained also allows players to earn or purchase cards and randomized card packs. This lets you gain new cards of varying characters, elements, and more importantly, rarity. Through this, the game promises “true ownership” of these in-game items, as you would with real trading cards.
